Genesis city map, 6-month renewal

Maintain, update, and improve https://genesis.city/, a top-down map of Decentraland.

This is an extension of the previous grant: https://decentraland.org/governance/proposal/?id=aebc4db6-d96c-4c4c-b2c0-2a2d0003e64d

We’ll continue maintaining the website, running the mapping script weekly, and improving the product.

Our goals are to: - Help the community discover content in Decentraland - Encourage people to upload more content to Decentraland
