Description

Mining or transferring assets on Decentraland is currently only allowed using the original public address, but no operations can be executed using Decentraland Names. ![](https://i.imgur.com/QxlSZGW.png) Should this proposal that aims to implement the possibility of carrying out operations using Decentraland Names go to the next level?

I think this would be more of a feature request than a binding governance proposal.

I don't know how the backend works, so if I'm wrong, someone correct me please, but maybe the address could be obtained from etherscan with a script when the user enters the NAME

There is no direct registration, so it would work by the owner of the name NFT. I think the code to check that may be unreliable.
