It says here you plan to only upload 4 items. Please consider just creating the 3D models and publishing through the traditional method. Linked wearables are generally intended for large NFT collections and not to bypass the publishing fee.

This kinda looks like a slow rug... latest tweet was in may, discord link is invalid, also the collection bio on opensea says 6969 nfts, but shows only 1.2k.

Do they match the images depicted above? *"Owners would be able to wear these wearables to attend exclusive event in our building in Decentraland (under construction)."* Can you tell us more?
