I was under the impression the proposal was rejected which is why I started a new one. Was that not the case? 
As a note, I actually like your channel and you have done serious work, I think though that there is already a lot of content creators doing this for Decentraland, myself included. It wouldn't be a novel benefit to the community in my opinion; if you have a community that would enjoy this content I would do that and see how you can apply for funding to bring new ideas and experiences which benefit the community at large in a way they currently already do not have.
Honestly should have waited until the other DAO proposal finished to place a new one. You still had time to get votes in for the other proposal and it was so close; why create a new proposal from scratch?
Just a note: This is a re-submission of a grant proposal that was just shy of getting the number of votes required by the system to pass, however was approved by member voter majority (78%).
