Inspired on [VRChat]( https://medium.com/@vrchat/vrchat-safety-and-trust-system-4073f05ab602 ) implement a Safety System allowing users to **block incoming chat messages, voice and avatar sounds from guests, verified users and friends**. When a new user enters Decentraland ask the desired level of Safety. And create a shortcut on the tree dots menu for this setting.
