Proposal Details
Voting Rationale
Fehz's understanding of other governance mechanisms can be very helpful as a skill for the Council.
Having a long-term vision is important for DCL. Should we consider adding land assets to the treasury?
It would be good to have someone with knowledge of how/what/why other DAOs are doing.
Big failure in running the DAO, aggressive, insults people in the DAO discord if questions asked.

This is DAO - nothing happens automatically or 'automagically.' Those who expect otherwise must seek another path in life, as such a mindset undermines decentralization and fosters dependency, eroding its core values. Individual responsibility is paramount, and past actions must always be accounted for. Decentralization thrives on active participation and accountability, not on the expectation of being coddled or led by landlords. Fehz has failed many times, as we all know, and he struggles to value critical thinking - a trait that is essential in a DAO. The same applies to you. Critical thinking is the foundation of decentralization. Without it, accountability, fairness, and innovation suffer. In a system that relies on collective intelligence and responsibility, overlooking or undermining critical thinking is a path to failure.
Fehz should be the first person with Esteban to get hired automatically. He is one of the most experienced folks in governance.
Hi Fehz! I voted yes because of your experience in governance, scaling, and history in DCL. As a builder and user, I agree that we need to accelerate product development and strategic experimentation. I look forward to learn more about you while we distill down to optimal council members who will work well together.
YES, @Fehz did a terrific job in his last paid DAO position. YES, he may have been frustrated at the end however the work that he did was very valuable and he was effective. I believe he would be an asset to this team. Mostly calm, fair and has a desire to improve the DAO and its position on policy. Good Luck, Jenn
