**Program Overview** 1. *Open Access for All:* Any community member can request temporary access to land parcels to experiment with building and participate in creative activities, regardless of experience level. 2.*Short-Term Usage*: Users can receive access for a limited period (e.g., 3, 6, 12 months) with options for extension based on activity and engagement. **Conditions and Requirements** 1. *Simple Application*: Users submit a straightforward application expressing their intention to use the land. 2. *Responsible Land Use*: Applicants agree to maintain the land in good condition and ensure their builds are removed or transitioned after their usage period ends. 3.*Adherence to Decentraland Terms of Service (TOS)*: All users must comply with Decentraland's TOS. Improper use or violation of these terms may result in access to the land being revoked.

I support this idea, but it should be noted you need to spend ETH gas to assign builder rights, and while I think it is currently around $1 to do so, there should probably be some kind of consideration for the covering of this cost in the final version. Perhaps the person requesting access to the land should have to cover the cost of the builder rights, or maybe everyone just agrees the DAO can afford it
