Description
Having 1 year of AWS server costs covered will allow our team to focus revenue generated from the game on things like hosting events, creating wearables, and continuing to develop new features for our players. As Knights of Antrom continues to grow, we want to ensure we have the server capabilities covered to support new players and event attendees.

Such an easy yes. Just went through the tutorial of KoA again and was blown away but all the updates, easier UX, etc. I didn't even know much of what KoA does was possible before seeing it implemented. An incredible project to have on the platform.
Asking DAO to help run servers for an already successful proof of concept? And its not overinflated 20x? Based devs, I like this project even more now.
Currently the plan is month-to-month but we will look into the advantages of using AWS RI's. Thanks for the suggestion!
Hey HP, thanks for asking! Here's a cost breakdown for the AWS services over the past 11 months.
Hi HP, I attached an image of a daily cost breakdown under the budget category. We've been paying approximately $260/month up until this point so that's where our calculations came from. As far as the type of server, I'll let @DCLDating speak to that as he's more knowledgable about the needs and details there.
What kind of server do you need? Do you have an AWS cost calculation to share?
going to pc to vote yes for this proposal now! KOA hs a great team and deserves all the support 💪🏻❤️
would the money be used to pay for an AWS reserved instance, or would the cost be paid out month to month?
