Good morning @Zino , @yemel and Decentraland community. We would like to express our unwavering appreciation for the time / effort that you’ve put into helping us see our vision come to life! The CCC would not be where we are at today without the assistance we have received from yourselves as well as the DCL community as a whole. As we have expressed in our last update the timeline and scope of our project has changed drastically since our roadmap. Many of these changes, such as making our mint and creator fee 100% free and adding additional game features not listed in our previous proposal, have been made in order to provide more value to the end users of DCL as well as adapt to the shifting crypto market. These changes, as well as additional changes we plan to make in the near future, have delayed our project beyond a threshold which we can deem acceptable and for this reason we absolutely support the decision to reorganize and articulate the newly found scope of our project. We feel like this will be a great opportunity to acquire valuable feedback from the community and the additional funding required for these new deliverables. It is also our hope that this decision can help to set precedence for other projects who’s scope might also shift during the development of their DAO funded proposal. The project is indeed delay and for this reason the vesting contract has been revoked. The DAO Committee is willing to recreate the vesting contract once the grantee has submitted a new working schedule with milestones and shown progress on it.

In this opportunity, I want to draw your attention to the following points, * The project is -at least- 1 month delayed. * The project has a 9-month of duration but your vesting contract 6-month. * According to their [timeline](https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/u/0/d/1_4V76YG6HJgEaoU2FhN21SBPXTBwG5WvD83Ha3VfQh8/htmlview#) and as they have mentioned in the #update3, the big blocker is Time. * The contract keeps vesting every second. * They have requested 60k for a project that has a 9-month duration. That means approximately 6.6k per month. The Vesting contract has vested so far 40k, so the team has funds for 6 months of their project which is in the 4th month. Metaplay is working hard to accomplish what they promised, and we are aware that the DAO has invested in this project and the knowledge that they have gained is very valuable. For that reason, and to keep this project on track again, we´ve recommended them, * Organize their task. * Set up a new timeframe -with measurable outcomes- that allows finishing the project satisfactorily. * They need to define what is a “solid user base” * Make the timeframe public (as they have done before). * We want to help them to accomplish their goals. So, we suggest telling us which are the blockers and we compromise contact them with other people, grantees, developers, Decentraland Foundation, etc. * More information regarding their partnerships would be nice to have, With these inputs, We recommend the DAO Committee (@yemel @HPrivakos) create a new vesting contract starting on January 1, 2023 within a duration of 4 months.

After the cliff, the owner of the beneficiary address may withdraw the vested funds. Past the cliff, the beneficiary may withdraw any newly vested funds 3. **How do you make the updates?** - Go to your proposal page, - sign in with your wallet address, - it will show some topics like “Introduction/highlights/blockers/next steps” and you will have to mark your project health (on track / at risk / off track) 4. **How frequently do you have to make the updates?** Grant owners must provide one update every 30 days from the moment their Grant got enacted and the ability to post the update is automatically enabled on the second half of those 30 days. When your vesting contract period is finalized, you will receive an email telling you the next steps. 5. **What happens if you miss an update?** The Grant Support Squad and the community will try to contact you to encourage you to do it or help you if you have any blocker.
