I feel a proper communication alert to the land owner should be notified of this removal pending against them giving them a chance to redeem or save their poi. If failure to respond and voting passes removal of poi shall be active for removal. Social media outreach, email, or any form of notification should be alerting them before removal of poi. 48,-4
