Description

The proposal aims to require that projects funded through the DAO Grants program or Bidding and Tendering process should provide regular reports about their performance metrics. By requiring reporting on key performance indicators, the DAO can ensure transparency, accountability, and effectiveness of funded projects, ultimately fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making and maximizing the impact of community contributions.

Voting Rationale

We should be able to expect accountability with these large sums of money that are being dispersed.

Hi Lordlike. Thank you for asking. If this proposal passes and is escalated to governance, I think that should be added to the implementation pathway. It would be great if you have some templates to use as a kickstart! I can show what we are using now, but we need to iterate each category's KPIs to collect better data. Also, since this wasn´t a requirement, sometimes it was hard to gather the information. This is 1 example, taking as a source In the World Category. Also, the information was collected according to what the grantees had informed us, and we double-checked it. I think this should be automatic in the future (it can be added to the implementation pathway, too). ![Screenshot 2024-03-12 at 10.01.48 AM|690x198](upload://gKLsXwySGQ9NsXtKRwdJhDgvyD5.png)

Voting no because grants need to be all retrospective and replaced by monetization. The bidding and tender stuff is too complex for anyone to follow and should be deleted.
