Description

**If the community decides to reduce it, I will take another poll to evaluate how much the VP threshold should be reduced.** This survey seeks community input on whether to adjust the VP Threshold needed to approve decisions in the DAO when majority approval is obtained. No, deciding to not vote on a proposal should not be equal to accepting it.
