As others have stated, DAO grants for land are complicated. If this grant does not pass, you might consider renting land as you develop your game. This is what a lot of current projects in Decentraland have already done until they can prove they have a viable concept that the community can stand behind.
I agree with all, its common the community does not like DAO funds to be used for land purchases. And also please consider resubmitting with a more detailed outline of the budget breakdown as I do not see one here, and where land is not included. Thank you!
I am Bullish on XIII , would totally be willing to support a collab from all parties to build this!! as long as its under 30 parcels on the DAOs dime xD
Honestly, it's something I've been talking about for quite some time now in spaces and to quite a few denizens of DCL. I've been working on renting land in order to start developing and testing a working multi-varietal D&D experience for the community. Have been working towards this goal as a single developer without requesting a grant from the DAO before having invested my time and talents in order to prove myself worthy of such a request.

voting no cause there is an active proposal about this same topic where there are a lot of comments talking about how it's inappropriate to use DAO money to buy LAND for your projects. it's worth doing some research before creating a proposal!
