Description

We need the ability to effectively add and remove POIs, It would require funding development to implement VP thresholds that are adjusted based the amount of VP participating, so until there is a functioning dao team funding updates, this is the most practical solution.

I voted yes. I believe a lower threshold enables more dynamic decision-making, and keeping POIs up-to-date and well-maintained can only benefit the entire community.
