Description

With median participating VP at ~8M, the current Thresholds of 500K no longer make sense.

Personally, I think 2M is too low given the current participation rates. The last 5 approved POI's passed with at least 7M participating VP and the most recent Name Ban Proposals amassed 9-10M VP.

I voted yes for 2M so I'll vote no for 4M

I think a 4 million VP threshold is to much for POI and Name Ban Proposals. I feel like 2 million would be fair.
