Thresholds that adjust dynamically according to the Voting Power activity data.
Voting Rationale
Proposal needs more details to implement, but voting yes to get to the next level stage.
The thresholds are too high for current participation, but I'm not sure if this is the way to go. Yes, so that it evolves in more detail.
I think everyone agrees this is a good idea. I've discussed it with many people over the last year. The issue is implementation.
Someone has to write a draft and then promote the polls to draft stage. After the draft is discussed, refined and passed you make a Governance Proposal by promoting the draft That's how it works
