Description
Dollhouse is known as a place of friendship and unity, where everyone – friends and newcomers can feel safe, seen and heard. My vision is to continue to operate Dollhouse at its current high level and additionally curate and create unique experiences throughout the year that are press-worthy, capturing mainstream attention and giving newcomers a reason to onboard. Background: Dollhouse has held over 100 events to date. At least three events are held consistently every week, including two music-based events and regular hosting of Beyond The NFT. The weekly Wagmi Wednesday party is enjoyed by all and stirs up the marketplace each week as people purchase wearables to fit each weekly theme. One of our recent regular events is a weekly live art/music show. Memorable community special events include DCL Prom Night, May The Fourth Party, the Babydoll Awards, and the first One Metaverse party streamed both in Spatial and in DCL. One of my main missions is to onboard more DJs and musicians into the Web3 space, with an emphasis on female and underrepresented groups in the space. To date we have hosted over 30 DJs/musicians at Dollhouse. All events have been free and open to the community. This year, Dollhouse has hosted: - Multicultural events like the the two-day Latin Festival - NFT project events such as Killabears - Virtual/IRL hybrid events like NFT BC and Holotopia Fashion Show - Multiple wearable launches for the community - Inclusive events such as the Pride Party with Baby Yors - The first official multi-metaverse event with Spatial - Branded events with Decentral Games, EveryRealm and Mixcloud DJs and musicians we have featured include : - Alison Toy - Baby Yors - Y3LDA - Elyse Rich - Evie The Cool - Sky Jetta - Mo Mami - Allis - Chris Stylez - DJ Webber Don - UnkFunk - June Jissle - GranolaBoy - Zoo Bros - Roxie J Summers - DJ Hu Dat - Soultry Dubs - AkaHorus - GucciToe - Stoney Eye - Jack Frost - Bufalo - Pansd - Abilitea - CJ Trax - K3YFLO - DJ Jacks - Beni Swift - New Girl - 0xBlnky - Mr Swe - Edolena - The Perris - VJ Deliria With the funds from this grant, Dollhouse will continue to: - be a home base for the DCL Babydolls - foster a culture of belonging and be a safe space for women and newcomers - provide high quality weekly events for the community - be a launchpad for DJs and musicians entering Web3/metaverse space Dollhouse will also be able to: - retroactively cover some costs from our first year of operation - continue to consistently operate at the same high level we have shown to date - plan more ambitious Special Events crafting unique experiences and bringing in higher profile talent to attract mainstream attention and encouraging newcomers - increase marketing efforts both in and outside the DCL community - hire an assistant to help coordinate events - hire a community manager for our discord/socials

Dear community, The Grant Support Squad was created to support grantees to achieve their goals and to take care of the DAO Treasury, with the main goal of guaranteeing the effectiveness of the Grants Program. We had a meeting with the grantee and we checked that this project has already started and will continue during all of 2023. However, the vesting contract created is not following the timeline of the roadmap proposed. For this reason, we suggest that the DAO Committee (@yemel @HPrivakos) create a new vesting contract with a duration that coincides with the schedule presented at the beginning of the proposal. In this sense, the new vesting contract should start on November 7, 2022 (the same day that the proposal passed the threshold) with a duration of 14 months (this way includes November and December 2022 and all of 2023). Last but not least, this does not have to be used as a precedent, but as a kickstart to continue working[ on these [drafts](https://docs.google.com/document/d/102_UoPAqJhrhU8w3oeQfT9xAyn_5ACF0UuuyU93fYhk/edit) and to have a vesting contract duration that matches with the timeline voted. Best regards, The Grant Support Squad

Voted YES with my baby VP. Tang, The Babydolls, and Dollhouse all bring so much value to the Decentraland Community and always bringing new people in and creating business opportunities for Decentraland's citizens.
very active and important in decentraland, I support 100% the project
Casa delle Bambole
Oh i love this..... we need an Italian night at Dollhouse for sure!
GM sure! Casa delle Bambole deserves to evolve ... serious group with great organizational commitment ..
i love what the doolhouse is up to! great vision and proven execution! got my vote!
Hey Johnny ^.^ Hope you are doing well. While many other project/venues have come and gone, Dollhouse has remained consistent in producing events and content to the overall Decentraland community. Dollhouse has been an important part of the onboarding process for me, because it is there where i can take a new user and introduced them to other community members. Dollhouse is a place where new users can feel welcome and safe to ask any questions they may have. Johnny if you have some time on Wednesday i would love to invite you to Dollhouse their weekly up coming event WAGMI Wednesdays : https://twitter.com/tangpoko/status/1587231700547153920?s=20&t=IaBeymTubVHuEMT_mS5Peg I hope you have an amazing evening, Also if you have any questions feel free to reach me on twitter ^.^ : https://twitter.com/SinfulMeatStick
Hi Johnny Thank you for your feedback, every opinion is valuable. We do have alot of events each week! May I invite you as my personal guest to our Wagmi Wednesday theme party this week? Or maybe some chill vibes with our resident DJ on Thursday? I'd love to try to turn your vote to a "yes" and even if I can't, I'd be happy to have you join us anyway! Let's talk more - please reach out to me over Discord! Tangpoko #8857
Maybe I've been missing out, but it seems like a large % of the treasury towards funding a scene/event I've never stumbled across or heard of until now (appears to be a POI on SW area of the map at -102,-97). We would not be able to fund all similar scenes at this level, I don't think, especially as this seems to be more for "maintaining" what they are already doing vs developing some new value-add. I do wish the best though and hope they continue.
It's a yes from the whole Centraland team!
An icon on Decentraland, one of the best buildings and a must to see if you join the metaverse. YES!
Would love to see this passed, there are so many amazing memories that are made at the Doll House, it's what makes DCL worth coming back to!
Fabulous idea, sir .... I will make that happen!
Thank you - all of you! I'm getting really emotional reading all of this, thank you all so much.
It is impossible to think about DCL and not think about Babydolls. The DCL community is literally better because of our Dolls, My vote is a Solid Yes, I mean look at what they did with zero funding and a relentless will to make a difference. Can´t wait to see what they have in the oven for us.
69 yeses from me, of course! The all female DJ festival sounds great, but would love to see an all female artist, musician and DJ fest. Not just DJ's!
No brainer... 100% YES! Party on Tang!
Tangpoko is the coolest person ever!! I remember the mushroom builds!! Tangpoko keep going!! We are 100% with you!! Go go go doll house!!
Tangpoko is a very special part of the Dcl community. The Doll House is a comfortable gathering place for amazing events and just hanging out. Thank you for all you do Tang! It's a yes vote with love from me.
despite me being one of the active musicians in the community who has never been booked at the Dollhouse, I still vote yes yes yes and yes. why? because they work hard and bring great value into the dcl eco-system. Their events are always good vibes and I have no choice but to vote yes. I will support however I can.
