big old problem, it could be interpreted either way if it resolves YES or NO. The title is the inverse of the description...

This vote has a problem, the options are contradicted between the title and the description. If the "No" option wins it will appear as rejected I really recommend to re-posted in a way where the "yes" option is the actionable option.
