Additionally, we have integrated multi-level ramp connections, teleportation portals, and elevator access throughout the main structures. These design elements ensure that major programs are accessible from various directions and in multiple ways.      In terms of materiality, our choice of all-glass facades and minimal wall enclosures is deliberate, aiming to maximize transparency and openness. We believe that these design decisions uphold the democratic principles of the DAO, fostering decentralized governance, creativity, and collaboration. This creates a space for a new era of shared strength and open connections.  Plot Size: 5x5 Deliverables: 1. Main building structures 2. Interior design - Auditorium with streaming services - Meeting rooms (x2) - War room - Historical museum - Documentation and help center - Creators showcasing hall (the bridge) - Chilling space (the moon) 3. Due to server issues, I believe that 90% of users who have tried to play here do not linger in DCL because login and other issues have been a significant inconvenience.

Thanks. Our ip was blocked for some reason that prevented us to hit the submit button. It happend again earlier when we tried to submit this proposal. We had to use a VPN in order to get it through.  But in the end, it is still our responsibility to figure it out, and we should have tried it earlier so there's time to ask for support. We'll just have to learn from this and live with it.

Disclosure: This project was our bid proposal for the ***Decentraland DAO Headquarters*** tender, as first time ever a bidding tendering proposal from the DAO. We are saddened that it was not submitted successfully due to technical difficulties and network issues, but we still want to share our project in which we put a lot of effort in. Maybe these efforts and studies could help the DAO or the winning design in some way thus contribute a little bit to the community. We wish the best of luck to the DAO community and hope the DAO gets an amazing town hall space for future in-world meetings!
