This project deserves funding because I intend to educate the average person how beneficial it would be to start investing in Crypto Real Estate-Primarily in Decentraland because of its potential. Not only can you play on Decentraland but you can build wealth, where you might not be able to afford to build wealth IRL, there is nothing stopping anyone from investing in themselves and virtual land on Decentraland. I will create easy processes to buy, sell, trade and even rent on Decentraland. Part of the reason people hesitate into jumping into new technology is that they are uneducated. My platforms will be happy to educate and welcome any questions for new and experienced crypto real estate investors. I will donate proceeds from the grant into giveaways to gather new followers and users to the platform because everyone loves airdrops and giveaways!
